Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Sanskar Setu, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and modification guidelines below.


Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Once tracking details are generated with our courier partner, the order is considered dispatched and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

  • For customized or made-to-order items, cancellation requests are accepted only within 2 business days of placing the order.

If approved, we will initiate your refund within 2 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Prepaid Order Refunds

  • If a prepaid order is successfully canceled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.


Modifications to an Existing Order

We understand that sometimes you may need to update your order details. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can assist with:

  • Address corrections

  • Size adjustments

Once the shipment has been prepared or tracking information is live, we are unable to make changes.


Refusal of Delivery

  • If an order is refused at the time of delivery, it will be treated as a cancellation.

  • Once the product is returned to our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will initiate a refund for non-customized items.

  • Please note: any return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.


Cancelling an Exchange Request

  • If your exchange has not yet been processed, we are happy to cancel it.

  • Please share your order number and registered email ID with us at care@sanskarsetu.com to initiate the cancellation.
