Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders within India (unless otherwise stated during promotions or sales).

We deliver to most PIN codes across the country. If you’d like to confirm delivery to your location, please reach us at care@sanskarsetu.com.
Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 5–7 working days.

Custom or made-to-order products may take additional time. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated at every step.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable).

Missed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times.

If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and automatically canceled.

For prepaid orders, we will issue a store credit (gift card) of the same value to your registered email. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We can ship to multiple addresses if shared with us before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, address changes can only be accommodated if they fall under the same PIN code and state.
