  • If such action impacts an existing order, it will either be fulfilled or refunded in full.

Warranty & Liability

  • We do not provide warranties or accept responsibility for damages caused by the use of products purchased through our site.

  • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural events, or technical issues) are not our responsibility.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized copying, publishing, modifying, distributing, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

Damaged Products

  • Each order is quality-checked before dispatch, but transit-related damages may occur.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please email us at care@sanskarsetu.com with a description and photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A replacement with the same or a similar product (subject to availability) will be arranged.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Missed Deliveries

  • Delivery partners attempt delivery up to three times.

  • If the order is not received, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged with an additional charge of ₹250.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-shipping will only be processed after full online payment (including shipping charges).
