Refund & Returns Policy

At Sanskar Setu, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where issues arise, our Refund & Returns Policy will guide you through the process.


Domestic Orders

Handling Damaged Parcels at Delivery

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it. Return it directly to the delivery person.

  • This helps us process a replacement more smoothly.


Reporting Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products

  • If you discover a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product after opening your parcel, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send us an email at care@sanskarsetu.com with clear images of the issue, or simply reply to your order confirmation email.

  • Our team will review and arrange an exchange or resolution promptly.


No Shipping Charges for Damaged Products

  • In cases of damage or incorrect items, you will not be charged any shipping fees for exchanges or refunds.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns/exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

  • Items delivered in good condition.

  • Change of mind regarding design, color, or print.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Products purchased during a sale or clearance.

  • Minor variations such as misprints, patches, dye marks, or slight color differences (common in handcrafted/hand-dyed items).


Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, except where the product was damaged during transit.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

For Cancellations:

  • Email us at care@sanskarsetu.com or reply directly to your order confirmation email.

  • We typically ship orders within 1–3 business days.

Refund Timelines:

  • COD orders: canceled immediately, with confirmation sent to your registered email.

  • Prepaid orders: canceled immediately, but refunds may take 2–3 business days to reflect in your account. You will receive a refund confirmation via email once processed.
